Refund policy

Tech Recyclers follows NSW Fair Trading guidelines for faulty items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Requests are handled on a case by case basis.

Incorrect Item Sent

If you have received the wrong item or of the item differs from the description a return request must be lodged within seven days of receipt. Item must be unused and in original packaging including mailing box.  Please check your items carefully when they arrive.

Item Damaged on Arrival

Items received in damaged packaging should be refused to enable the part to be redirected back to us for inspection at no cost.  A replacement or refund will be supplied to the customer.

Cancellation of Order

If the item has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and a full refund provided. Cancellations after the order has shipped will be accepted and a refund minus outward shipping fees provided. If an item is sold with free shipping it means that shipping is included in the price advertised. The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund due.  Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@techrecyclers.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
